MEMBERSHIP FAQs FOLLOWING COVID-19 CLOSURE

Will I receive an extension on my membership?

Members have two options:

  • You can donate your extension to help offset the loss of over $500,000 in membership dues that funds care for the BioPark’s animals, plants and staff. Click here and use code “DONATE”.
  • To extend your membership, use code “extend” when you renew, and we will automatically add the length of time we’ve been temporarily closed.

Will I receive a new membership card with the extension?

No. Due to the volume of memberships, we will add the extension once you renew your membership. This will also assist with reducing cost so we can continue to support the ABQ BioPark’s animals, plants and staff.

How long is the extension?

The facility was closed from March 16 to June 1. Depending on the expiration date, members will receive a one, two, or three-month extension.
