Boo at the Zoo – Postponed until 2021

Celebrate Halloween at the ABQ BioPark Zoo with family friendly tricks and treats. 100% of event proceeds benefit the BioPark, which makes us so excited… it’s scary.

Howl-O-Ween Days

The New Mexico BioPark Society welcomes visitors to Howl-O-Ween Days October 24, 25 and 31, 2020 at the ABQ BioPark Zoo.

Kids of all ages who come in costume will receive a seriously sweet sampler bag brought to you by our friends at After Hours Pediatrics. Enjoy special costume recognition by “Secret BioPark Shoppers,” and a self-guided scavenger hunt! In case your eerie interests aren’t quite peaked, there will be music, decorated habitats, and more!

Howl-O-Ween Days festivities are included with regular admission. Tickets must be purchased in advance and online.

Aquarium Ghost Hunt: An AlbuCreepy Investigation

The New Mexico BioPark Society is partnering with AlbuCreepy, New Mexico’s foremost experts on all things paranormal, for an AlbuCreepy Investigation into the unexplainable events, visions, and sounds that employees and guests say they’ve experienced at the ABQ BioPark Aquarium.

Guests cannot purchase entry into this event, but they may enter a drawing to be one of six lucky couples who will investigate this decades-long lore! Additional prize drawings will be available.

River of Lights – Postponed until 2021

Staying safe and healthy is at the top of everyone’s holiday wish list. To support these efforts, the New Mexico BioPark Society has decided to postpone the 2020 River of Lights, our largest fundraiser for the year. While this announcement comes with a huge loss of funding for the ABQ BioPark, we are committed to helping prevent community spread of COVID-19.
