ChronoTrack Timing

Run for the Zoo will use the new disposable tag timing system created by ChronoTrack Systems. Timed Participants no longer have to pick up their timing chip on race day, or have it removed at the finish line. Each participant will receive an integrated bib and tag, encoding the runner's bib number into the tag's RFID chip.  The peel-off, disposable portion of the bib becomes a tag that runners attach to their shoe. The tag and instructions on how to secure the tag to your shoe will be attached to your race bib. Personal timing chips will NOT work with the new timing system. With ChronoTrack timing, your official time begins at you cross the start mat & stops when you cross the finish. Don't forget your tag on race day!  Remember, No Tag means No Time!
