Summer Nights Concert Series 2010

Summer Nights musical concerts are performed by local and regional talent in the beautiful setting of the Rio Grande Botanic Garden on Thursday evenings this summer. 

Concert schedule: Thursdays, June 17 - August 12, 2010

Hours: Garden gates open at 6:00pm and the concerts are from 7:00 - 9:00pm. During the concerts, stroll the grounds and enjoy a magic show, a caricature artist and the Garden's model train. The Heritage Farm is open from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The Aquarium is also open during the concerts. Please note, the PNM Butterfly Pavilion is not open during Summer Nights Concerts.

Ticket prices: New Mexico BioPark Society members may purchase tickets at half-price (adults $5; seniors $2.50; children $1).

Zoo Music 2010

For nearly two decades, the Rio Grande Zoo has entertained visitors during the summer months with the Zoo Music Concert Series. Zoo Music showcases regional, national and international talent playing a variety of music, including country Latin rock, Afro-Cuban, Celtic, bluegrass, Cajun and pop-rock. 

Concert dates: Friday's, June 18 - July 30, 2010

Gates open: 6:00 pm

Concert time: 7:00 - 9:00 pm

Animal exhibits open: until 8:00 pm
